A generated image is an AI interpretation of your photograph and request. It can contain errors or unwanted changes. It is not a guarantee of the completed work, a measured drawing, a survey, an estimate or confirmation that a proposed design can be built.
Confirm real colours and materials with physical samples. Confirm dimensions, product suitability, technical requirements and installation details through the appropriate professional process.
Your photographs and instructions
Only upload images you are entitled to use and send for processing. Get permission when using a customer’s or another person’s photograph. Keep unrelated private information out of the image and notes. Read Privacy & your photos before using the visualiser.
Use the service for lawful project visualisation. Do not use it to misrepresent completed work, another business’s products or a person’s endorsement.
Review before sharing
Compare the preview with the original. Check boundaries, proportions and unrelated features as well as the requested finish. If the image is misleading, create a better concept or explain the limitation before presenting it.
Label shared results as AI visualisations. If a preview accompanies a quote, the written scope and product specification should describe the work actually agreed.
Service availability
Generation depends on the configured service limits and the availability of the image provider. Requests may take time, fail or require another attempt. Catalogue options may change as the administrator adds or removes trades, changes and finishes.
