The information used for a preview
A request includes the photograph you upload, the selected trade, change and finish, and any additional instructions you provide. Where the selected finish has a reference image, that reference can also be used.
Preevu records generation details including the selected options, prompt, image dimensions, status and technical request information. A hashed network identifier is used for request limits and abuse controls. You do not need a customer account to use the public visualiser.
Image processing
The photograph, relevant reference image and generation instructions are sent to OpenAI to create the requested visualisation. Do not include sensitive personal information in your photo or notes when it is unnecessary for the preview.
Only upload images you own or have permission to process in this way. If you are using a customer’s photograph, explain the intended use and obtain the necessary permission first.
Stored images and access
Preevu stores the uploaded photograph, any saved reference used for the request, the output image and the generation record. Authorised administrators can view and manage generation records, including deleting the record and its stored project images through the administration area.
A result link includes a private access token. Treat the whole link as private: anyone who receives a valid link may be able to view that result and its original image. Do not post a result link publicly unless you intend to share the content.
Retention and requests
Project photos and results are stored with the generation record and can be removed by the site administrator. Download any result you want to keep; the result page is not intended as permanent storage.
If a trade business uploaded a photograph on your behalf, contact that business about access, correction or deletion of the project information it provided. The site administrator can locate and remove stored generations. Hosting logs and any separately configured backups may be managed outside the visualiser.
